Surat Al-Ma’un: Whoever reads it or recites it to him is one who does not believe on the Day of Judgment and forbids what is known, and does not pay zakat on his money . And it was said : A group would disagree with him and win them . And it was said : his neighbors benefit from it and are satisfied with him .
