And whoever sees that the Sultan gave him a book or sent it, and if he was worthy of the mandate he obtained it and if he was qualified for advice then he is a consultation with him, and if he is not qualified for that then it is better in any case and whoever saw a book or sent it if he was qualified for the mandate he obtained it and if he was qualified for advice then it is a consultation with him and if not Welcome, so it is better than the case, and whoever sees a book in which it is venerated in his rights, then he is more eloquent in grace .
