It was narrated that a man of the reciters saw in his sleep as if he was cutting a piece of paper from the Qur’an and placing it on the fire, and their flame dwelt . So he raised it to some of the commentators, and he said that there will be a fitnah on the authority of the Sultan, and it will rest with your reading of the Qur’an, and it was so . And whoever hears the reading of the Qur’an, his authority will be strong, and his consequences are praised, and he will be spared from the ploys of the perpetrators . For God Almighty said : “ When you read the Qur’an, we have made a veil between you and those who do not believe in the Hereafter .”
