Al-Qayrawani said : As for the marriage contract for an unknown woman, if the contractor was sick and died, and if he was awake, he made a contract for a sultan or witnessed the testimony of a murdered person, because the woman is a ruler, and intercourse is like murder, and the male is like the dagger and the spear, especially the one in which blood flows from the act . And if it is known or attributed to him or her father is an old man, then he holds a face from the world, either a house, a slave, or a store, or he buys a commodity, or he makes money for him that is recognized by himself . If his time is postponed until he enters the wife and meets his needs, then what has been postponed will be hastened .
