Surat Al-Balad whoever reads it or recites it to him, as Jaafar Al-Sadiq, may God be pleased with him, said that he swore an oath and regretted it, and perhaps he was lying about it . It was said : He will be blessed with raising orphans and feeding the poor with food, and he will be merciful . And it was said : He gets security after fear .
