Surat Al-Breaktar whoever reads it or recites it to him, as Nafi ‘and Ibn Katheer said, will be slow in prayer and perform it at a different time . And it was said : He blesses the company of the Sultan . And it was said : Let him beware of his neighbors lest they harm him in the form of ugly ones .
