Al-Kirmani said : Seeing the cold is torment, distress and need, and if it comes at its time a little, it will happen to the people of that place relaxation and it was said that whoever sees the cold falls on earth, it is a relief from God Almighty as long as nothing spoils, and if immorality, then it is torment that descends in that place .
