Surah PBUH Ibn Sirin said whoever reads it indicates repentance and keeping trust . And al-Kirmani said, it indicates the request for mercy and forgiveness from the grace of God, and it was said that an honest oath is sworn by and steadfastness on him . And Jaafar Al-Sadiq said, ~He will be smart in his work .~
