It was said that the mortgagee was captured, and if he saw that he had a mortgage with him, then he was wronged in something and underestimated his right, then he reached his right because of the mortgagor with whom the pledge had been made, and the mortgagee was held captive by a sin or debt with the mortgagee, as well as the mortgagor until his mortgage redeemed .
