And whoever sees a council that contains a group of scholars while he is sitting at the top of the place and is not worthy of that, then he is afflicted with a calamity that people mention and accept their words about it and approve it, and if it is worthy then it is an increase in knowledge and elevation, and if the council was held because of a trial or marriage, then it is evidence of entering into something neglected Its punishment is good, and if it is due to a teaching, hadith, jurisprudence, or something similar, then it is a good and blessing, and it was said as a mercy from God Almighty, and it may be indicated by the likeness of that towards trustworthiness, and if he thinks that it has brought about something that is denied in awakening in such a council, then there is no good in it .
