Surat Al-Tur indicates the occurrence of intentional, knowledge, and righteous deeds and is adjacent to Makkah, or victory over enemies, or the seer is appointed to the truth, avoiding falsehood, and it was said that if he had an absent he would come and may be mistaken with words and then return to rightness
