Al-Kirmani said that the turban over the head is a guardianship for the one who is fit for that as much as it is darkened, and if the turban was of silk, then what fell from that state of money was forbidden, and if it was of cotton, linen or wool, what hit it of money was permissible, and if it was not of the people Guardianship, then he is a legislator or an imam, or he serves the authority, or befalls her face and honor .
