Seeing witches is interpreted by false speech, lying, sedition, and an ugly act. Whoever sees that he is bewitching and has no magic for him, he intends to plot someone and is not able to do so, and whoever sees magicians gathered in a place intending to do something, then they are enemies, so he should beware of them. And whoever sees a witch who does something he denies, then he commits corruption and regrets his action. He saw otherwise than that, and it was said whoever saw that he bewitched someone for love, for it contains his mind and will be able to do that to the extent that it contains him, and if he sees otherwise, then he is against him and some of them said whoever saw that he became a witch then he never succeeds
